Return Policy

Payment
The balance must be paid in full upon placement of the order via PayPal, Visa, or Mastercard. No check or other forms of payment will be accepted. 

Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation requests made outside of the specified cancellation windows below will not be accepted. Seller reserves the right to cancel any orders at any time within reason.

Return Policy
Products may be returned within 15 calendar days of delivery. Return request shall be submitted by Purchaser before the 16th day from the delivery date via Seller’s website. The total ordered and/or shipped quantity of the returning item must be returned in full. No partial return is accepted. The return shipping cost shall be Purchaser’s responsibility. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds shall be issued after a complete inspection of the returned goods

Submit a Return Request

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

  1. Log in to your account: 
    1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
    2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  2. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  3. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  4. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  5. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  6. Click Request return. 

If your return request is approved, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Follow the shipping instructions to return your package. Once the product arrives at the return facility, the product will be inspected, and you will receive a refund within 10 business days if approved. For more information, please refer to the "Refunds" Terms.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
